I am a professional instructional designer and technical communications expert with over a decade of experience in the fields of instructional design, training, and technical writing. My areas of special interest and expertise are facilitation, leadership, and information management and design. Having worked as both a trainer in corporate America and as an instructor for college students and young adults, and an instructional designer for both, I am familiar with diverse audiences and addressing needs across the learning spectrum.
